This beautiful and very well maintained holiday resort has been in Dutch ownership for over 15 years and has a very large clientele.
The resort consists of 1 large complex with 14 houses, a bar/restaurant with large terrace, large swimming pool with sunbathing area and a large playground for children.

The resort is located 30 minutes by car from Malaga airport and the beaches of the Costa del Sol. The village of Alhaurin el Grande with its nice shops, bars and restaurants and of course the big supermarkets is only 5 minutes away by car. From here your guests can discover the whole of Andalusia.

There are several 2, 4 and 6 person holiday homes on this complex. In total there is accommodation for up to 50 people.
All the holiday homes are equipped with central heating for the winter months and airconditioning for the summer months.

Holiday Home for 4-6 persons
Comfortable holiday home of ca. 50m2 for 4 persons with a terrace. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom with bath. The open kitchen is larger for more people. One or two folding beds can be added, so these houses are also suitable for families up to 6 persons.

Holiday Home for 6 persons
Comfortable holiday home of ca. 65 m2 for 6 persons. From the bedrooms and the living room there are folding doors to a spacious private terrace with a view of the surroundings. There are 3 bedrooms, a living room and 2 bathrooms with shower. The open kitchen is and there is a dishwasher.

Holiday Home for 6-8 persons
These houses consist of a house for 4-6 persons, connected with an extra studio. Ideal when for example grandpa and grandma come along on a trip. The total area is approximately 75m2. There are 3 bedrooms, a living room and 2 bathrooms with bath. If necessary, 1 or 2 folding beds can be added so that these houses are also suitable for families up to 8 people.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and has a large refrigerator. The bar is spacious and has enough space to store the drinks in the available refrigerators and for the wine there is a good wine refrigerator.

Very good access in a very quiet area, here the guests can fully enjoy their well deserved holiday.
