Beautiful Andalusian style villa built around the 60s and completely renovated in 2008 by its actual owners.
They have tried to make the most of that Andalusian style that they like so much, adding, of course, their personal touch in the garden, on the terraces and inside of the house. This property consists of two separate buildings ideally for independent living of the guests and/or the service.
The interior plan of the main house has been remodeled and air conditioning has been included in all rooms of the house, as well as a magnificent Scandinavian tiled stove brought specially from Sweden, the terracotta floors have been painted and lacquered throughout all the house and have taken advantage of the fireplace to give the living room a cozy air.
In the pool area, they installed an old balcony and built a fancy yellow staircase to the veranda. All the floor tiles are antique as is the fountain that we can find at the entrance of the property.
To give a special touch, they added several decorative lamps from the world famous Made Viyaya that create, at night, a cozy and very special atmosphere, along with the pleasant smell of roses that surround almost the entire property, because the garden is full of mature rose bushes of different colors and various fruit trees, which bear fruit annually.
