Art and Culture is at the centre for the continued growth, with Carmen Thyssen Museum and the Centre Pompidou Malaga, the first of its kind outside of France,taking centre stage. The construction industry is also getting a foothold, with brand new villas being built in the leafy area of Pedregalejo, and several contemporary apartment complexes in Malaga city centre well under way. Malaga is changing, and this will long continue making it one of the most demanded cities in Spain for real estate.<\/p>\n<p>The investment opportunities in Malaga must definitely be considered, and those looking for a home, or second home in a city, it just cannot be overlooked.
